For those that use an Intel CPU for OpenCL - the latest runtime installer will not properly remove some old files and registry entries, which leads to phantom platform.
This is a known Windows issue @ Intel, the fix involves removing them manually.

Thanks for this! currently troubleshooting a similar issue but with "duplicate OpenCL platform" listed for the GPU entries. Going to see if this can help narrow down the problem.
Have you encountered this at all with GPUs?
