Way to run user:hash:salt ?

Well hello all, Hxrry here to ask a question regarding hashcat.

This is probably not possible but is there a way that I can run user:hashalt instead of hashalt. This would save me loads of time when I am recovering passwords as I don't have to keep remove the email address/username.
