Help for crack SHA1 salt:password

Hi :

im want to crack sha1 (salt:pass) whit you program, im have win7 64 bits and 1xHD5970 (im supose whit this program oclHashcat+ v0.03 can crack it) via bruteforce.

Info im need to crack :

only numbers must bee used for crack it : 0123456789
Min lenght : 15
Max lenght : 15

the salt is 003569180311480700

and the hash file have this inside :
