What would you use an epic distributed computer for?

If you had a distributed computing platform in your possession that was 10, or even 100, times more powerful than platforms available today, what would you use it for?

What kind of commercial/crypto applications could processing power of that kind provide do you think? Out of the box ideas are more than welcome.

Hypothetical question... of course .

For a point of reference, Folding@Home is currently ~40 petaflops.
