Getting Stats on Rules and Masks for Analysis

I may be misunderstanding the question a bit, but if you are trying to see what masks would have the highest success of already broken wordlists, you could run Pipal against it. It spits out hashcat compliant masks and tells you the  % that would have broken with that mask. 

If that isnt what you meant, ignore me.
