in windows 8.1 32 bit latest hashcat-3.10 extracted works with hashcat -b switch only.
when i enter command in dos like this hashcat32.exe -m 2500 -a 3 my.hccap ?a?a?a?a?a?a?a?a  
it ends with a prettiest crashed
