use length from wordlist

Hello everyone,

I am trying to create a mask of 15 length that comprises of 3 parts
(5 lower case ) + (5 lower case ) + (5 digits )

the lower case is english words and I would like to read them from an english dictionary file

any ideas to put me on the correct direction?
