oclHashcat-lite with per-position markov

Here some results of a nice test:

I cracked the example hash 9b957cc6ab97cbf88c4f6f0f146adafe with:

Old oclHashcat-lite emu: (--markov-disable -t 0): 12 mins, 16 secs
New oclHashcat-lite: (--markov-classic): 3 mins, 43 secs
New oclHashcat-lite: (default settings): 2 mins, 44 secs
