Sounds like it will have only a few entries. If you switch English_big.txt and birthdays.txt it should run at full speed, or at least much better one.
There are 27900 records in J:\WiFi\Dict\Names\birthdays.txt
And i've checked hashcat on single GPU with --gpu-devices=1 and --gpu-devices=2 parameters. HWMon shows wrong data:

Speed 26975 H/s shows that hashcat works with 6670 GPU, but HWMon shows idle 7970 GPU. 6670 has no fan on it.
