Implement command line rules for plus
Would be great to have back the ability to use rules on the command line, if anything for modes 6 and 7; 0 and 1 would be nice.
I still find myself using the old version and -1?l?u?s?d -j]]] dictionary.txt ?1?1?1 Always works so well.
