Im so new to this my head is spinning???
My first Question  1. is there a way I can train myself to do this???
2. Does anyone know of a reputable password hacker?? it seems from other forums there are a lot of scams!

Being self-taught can be rewarding. With just a little bit of reading (hashcat FAQ, some examples/demos on YouTube), you can get the basics down pretty quickly.
