Maximum password length supported by kernel: 256 - pbrandao - 12-28-2022

Hello.
I'm using hashcat for the first time, but when I run it I get the message:
OpenCL API (OpenCL 2.0 pocl 1.8 Linux, None+Asserts, RELOC, LLVM 11.1.0, SLEEF, DISTRO, POCL_DEBUG) - Platform #1 [The pocl project]
* Device #1: pthread-Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz, 1428/2921 MB (512 MB allocatable), 4MCU

Minimum password length supported by kernel: 0
Maximum password length supported by kernel: 256

Hash '8.LOCAL': Salt-length exception
No hashes loaded.

What I should do?

Thanks
