Find a tool to extract the hash from the 7z-file. Save it to a txt file.
Try to crack it with Hashcat with -m 11600.
Read https://hashcat.net/wiki/ and lookup some Youtube-videos to improve your mastery. Good luck!

May I also suggest making a practice archive first with a known password, so you can see if your methodology is sound before proceeding with the real deal....

RE: 7z protected - Rizwan awan - 11-29-2025

slight progress , extract the hashes, now trying to find pass, but fail with hascat and get this

C:\hashcat-7.1.2>hashcat -m 11600 myhash
hashcat (v7.1.2) starting

This hash-mode is known to emit multiple valid candidates for the same hash.
Use --keep-guessing to continue attack after finding the first crack.
