Hello there
If you had to deal with eyeOS, you should know, that it use specific algorithm of making hex: md5(($pass.md5($pass))....
Password+32word is very hard to crack... And at this site i've find just md5($salt.md5($pass)).. it is too close.. but $salt is static..
