Hi guys,
can you please update me what hash type should be used for Oracle 10? The hash is 16 characters and look like:
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOP

I've tried all the options but or I get (line length exception) or the password is not recovered.
Also using -m 3100 I get "unknown hash_mode: 3100"
Any clue?

oracle 10 is supported with oclHashcat only (gpu version) on which it is -m 3100, you propably tried hashcat (cpu version)
the format is hash:username
