All,
I looked on the Nvidia drivers for linux and could not find this particular version of the Nvidia linux drivers the closest I got was a beta version 346.22.
Any suggestions?

Since the requirement is "NV users require ForceWare 346.29 or later", later versions will work too.
EDIT: I think this might be a typo and 346.22 should work too (there is no 346.29 version afaik). But I asked atom to double-check and if needed update the homepage.

I believe the homepage has a typo and/or references windows driver version.
I am successfully running 1.32 with NV 346.22 beta on Ubuntu 14.04 x64.
