If the person helping you is not able to get the information he needs in order to give you a satisfactory answer, then you can't reasonably expect said answer.

Also, this really isn't the place for asking questions like this. This is for asking questions which relate to the usage of the hashcat program, but you started out immediately asking about wifite, wireshark, handshakes and pyrit - nothing about hashcat. So I'm sure you can understand when you get this kind of response. There are many tutorials available on how to crack wpa hashes using aircrack-ng, wifite, reaver, pyrit, hashcat etc.
