Hashcat64 Detect only CPU,
My GTX 1080 with latest driver 417.22 CUDA 10 does not seem at benchmark results.
hashcat32 no problem

You have a broken driver installation.
Furthermore, you do not need to install cuda, but only need to install the drivers as mentioned here: https://hashcat.net/hashcat/
