Hello, I write because I want to make a combined attack, but I don't know how to tell hashcat to look between 10 to 15 characters.
Anyone who knows him?

combined attack would mean passwordlist + mask, in your case i would go with plain mask and
-i or --increment
--increment-min=10
--increment-max=15
