sl3 problem with oclhashcat-lite-0.9

hello every users i have problem
i format my pc and reinstal win7 64 and driver ati 12.4 for my 2 gpu 7970
so the problem is when i run oclhashcat he close after 1sec i can't fixe oclhashcat plz help me

i have not error the program (oclhashcat-lite) closes after 1 sec it not start
