Hashcat gui isn't working HELP

I've tried to download hashcat gui but when I try to insert an hash and then press start nothing happens. I've seen some tutorials on youtube and I've copied them but it still wont work. I've now deleted all the files associated with hashcat. Could someone tell me exactly which files I need to download? I run windows 7 64 bit. If you'll need any additional info just let me know 'cause I really need this program to work.

Just the hashcat-gui package. Inside that folder are more folders, try running it from the command line and see what the error is.
