You should use this guide: https://hashcat.net/faq#how_do_i_extract_the_hashes_from_truecrypt_volumes
you should test it on a new sample with known password (i.e. test if you are doing all steps correctly).
dd.exe also exists for windows and on linux it is pre-installed.
