Im trying to use hashcat in mode 11300 for an old darkcoin wallet, but version 4.1 doesnt find a known password for a test wallet I made, but version 3.5 does. This would not normally be a problem but... |

I have an AMD Threadripper that I want to check the hash rate on but hashcat 4 only shows my GPUs. I've installed the AMD driver but when I when I use ./hashcat64.bin -I it only shows my GPUs. |

It seems to work on latest Dash Core wallet. Made new dummy wallet with a password of all zeros. The following command found it.
./hashcat64.bin -m 11300 -a 3 ../wallet.txt ?d?d?d?d?d?d?d?d?d?d

I found an old dash / darkcoin wallet. Does hashcat support dash wallets? If so, how do I pull the hash from it? Or can I just point hashcat at the wallet? |
