Looks like your post was not just stock clocks I am able to reach your numbers with 10% OC on my card but it appears to be a driver crash and hashcat just hangs on the "DPAPI masterkey file v1 and v2"...

Adding an update, doesnt appear to be limited to Hashcat, looks like its OpenCL as a whole at the moment. Still looking for answers but trouble shooting the overall recognition issue for the card now.
