oclHashcat benchmark with Apple CPU + GPU

I have to make sure to exclude the HD Graphics otherwise I get this error everytime

i think your problem is HD Graphics 4000.

1/ The "Warning" is normal ?
2/ we do not specify the hash type, where in hashcat i have to type it ( -m 0 in this case ) , normal ?
