If oclHashcat shows 0H/s this is typically the case when a user is running an attack on a slow hash types. If the time it takes to calculate a full batch of OpenCL-workitems is greater than SPEED_MAXAGE (which is 4 seconds atm) it will treated as too old to notice. You can call this a bug.
