mask override does not work correctly

Has hash from cisco with password 1q2w3e.

If I do a search by the mask ?h?h?h?h?h?h , then the password is not found. 
It works only by the mask ?h?a?h?a?h?h .
What am I doing wrong?
Version hashcat 5.1.0.
