It's not a problem (unless you use --force to hide some other "Warnings/errors").
The reason is just that in one case (left) you have a single network/essid and on the other hand (right) you have several salts/networks/essids (see Recovered 0/2).
If there are several networks, only the hash file will be shown (because hashcat won't list each and every network if there are multiple).
