Identify unknown hash format

Hi, I stumbled across this hash:

dsd+GIwaqTaFH4XXXXXXXXXXXHh+MTkXXXXXXXkW18o=

I don't know what format it is in and it was not recognized by both hashcat and hashid.
Does anyone know what this could be?
