Perf increase from one card to another one

I'm trying to figure out what kind of performance increase I can expect from switching from a mobile 1070 GTX to an RTX 3080 or RTX 3090.

Are there any theoretical numbers of the speed increase or has anyone ever benchmarked those by any chance?
