4090 notebook GPU, no hashcat

Looks to be related to the OpenCL compiler for Direct3D. I don't know enough about Windows 11 or how hashcat uses the compiler to give you any direction unfortunately. I would just suggest re-downloading DirectX Drivers and see if the problem persist. The last thing you could do is maybe check that it is not in Compatibility mode under hashcat.exe Properties.
