Are you sure that `myhash.txt` and your Hashcat executable are in the same folder? Try just adding the hash into the command in-line, like below, to avoid any weird pathing or naming issues
hashcat -m 20 -a 0000e084XXXXX302eae4559dXXXb520c:0cbb5be2XXX4bed573802eXXXXX9965 common.txt
