LM hash support for OCLHC

I would also like to see it so I can remove all the LM hashes from my not-found lists off http://www.md5decrypter.co.uk. I'd keep the input hex the same, 32 hex chars. Reason I mention this is I have seen some sites want the LM hashes as 16 hex chars which is arkward but I can see where they are coming from with LM split in 2 x 7 chars.
