hashcat and enigma rotor calculation

I got some questions about hashcat ... and enigma



could it be used as Turing machine???



simple there's an example of possible rotors:

but there is a passcode! like:  1,1,1,1,1 / A,A,A,A,A / B,B,B,B,B / FLOPASKING



how to bruteforce the message when passcode and rotors not known?
