New to Program

[brazen bag boy]

Hello, i am new with this program and for some reason cant get the program to work. I'm trying to crack a NTLM and the program doesnt seem to actually do work. For example it went through a 10.7 GB dictionary file in 30 seconds and said "exhausted". I am probably doing something wrong, but I'm eager to learn.

This is what I put in the command line
