1. amdconfig --uninstall (as root)
2. reboot
3. install 13.1 again on default, I mean:

sudo sh ./amd-driver-installer-catalyst-13.1-linux-x86.x86_64.run

and do not generate deb package, just let it to install by itself.
4. after install do:

sudo amdconfig --adapter=all --initial -f

5. reboot
6. try
