Does not seem you have the correct driver installed (see http://hashcat.net/oclhashcat/ - AMD users require Catalyst 14.9 or later ).
If you think you have 14.9 installed please uninstall it, reboot, use driver fusion software to remove driver cleanly, remove remaining libOpenCL.dll (and AMD SDK if installed), reboot, reinstall 14.9 driver, reboot, try again.
