Although you should probably use the TPB of 225W to be safe, and PSUs are most efficient when ran at 50% load if you care about that kind of thing.
The fans are already forced to run at 100% (plus the power limit 120%). But I'm still getting > 70C. I've tested both side panel off and on the case with no luck.
