Thanks yes I read that before but I had completely missed it.
Confusing these fixed characters with custom charsets.
I assume the 'contains' could be done by just adding multiple entries like
%lStreetname%l%l%l%l%l
%l%lStreetname%l%l%l%l
%l%l%lStreetname%l%l%l
...
