I know you're probably hoping that this post offers a solution but I'm afraid I have to disappoint you there. I am actually having this exact problem myself. Also Windows 10 x64, different CPU (Ryzen 5 1600), but also the GeForce GTX 1050. Same error message. So you're not the only one out there with this issue, although it doesn't appear to be very common because I have not been able to find any other posts about it.
