Crack pbkdf2

Hello everyone.

I would like to know how to crack hash in pbkdf2 with hashcat.

I have lost my personal account password

and the hash I have is this

(Obviously it is an old account (therefore not used for others
account, that's why I don't remember it)

Could anyone help me understand how to crack?
