Cracking encrypted veracrypt partition from windows laptop

I tried the part with



sudo dd if=/dev/sdb of=disk bs=512 count=1

sudo dd if=/dev/sdb1 of=part bs=512 count=1



Worked fine for me without any problems, thanks!
