Hashcat Exhausted when using rules

Saying the above i've just noticed this in the article:

If we attack a so called “slow” algorithm, that is one of the following algorithm, we can skip this section:

phpass, MD5(Wordpress), MD5(phpBB3)
md5crypt, MD5(Unix), FreeBSD MD5, Cisco-IOS MD5
md5apr1, MD5(APR), Apache MD5
Domain Cached Credentials2, mscash2
WPA/WPA2

So probably won't make any difference then.
