Kernel problem with hashcat gui

hello recently i've downloaded hashcat gui from haskiller site and followed the tutorial and the soft is  ready to go except that when i start the cracking process i get this wierd error

note that i used a user:hash txt file
and if i unchecked ignore username option i get this

my hashes are here after every hash there's this messege that says
 Line-length exception

ERROR: No hashes loaded

i really hope you can help me with this guys thanks in advance
