Well yes, having AxCrypt and both the files is easy to spot (even tho I did not realised ride away). It would make it perfectly doable to just choose the v2 AES-### used.
Probably in an offensive situation (red teaming/pentesting), having just the .axx file, would be probably very time consuming. But even in that case it might be possible to find some info on whether the company has a premium/company account (which might be highly probable).
