After running the command it says (hashcat (v6.2.6) starting), and nothing else happens. With what it can be connected?

If anyone wants to help, here's what I remember about the password.
The first letter is "P".
There are two small letters - "q".
There is a small letter - "j".
There were big letters "G", "T", "O", "U", "Y", "H".
Of the numbers there is only “9” (I don’t remember how many, but definitely up to four), and there is definitely the number “99”.
The last four characters were definitely capitalized.
The password was from 14 to 20 characters.T
he password contains only letters and the number "9".

I have the same problem, it just says starting then nothing else happens, back to the beginning
