Is this MH performance normal on a 4090?

But I would like to know if it is normal that with a 4090 and in -w 4 mode, it is normal that it uses so few MH, generally it tends to use much more in other types of attacks, is it because in bitlocker it cannot use more? Any advice would be good, thanks!

Yeah that's perfectly normal. You may get a small amount more with -S but Bitlocker is just a very slow algorithm and you may be better off using wordlists instead of a mask attack unless you know it's that exact format
