Doubts about the bcrypt algorithm

Is there any software that is more effective at cracking the bcrypt algorithm than hashcat?
Or is there an online website that can be used to crack bcrypt by proxy I need it very much 
It could also be a website that sells computing power online or something that can help me crack bcrypt

1) Correct. Bcrypt, by design, is extremely slow. Hashcat is the fastest tool for cracking but it is still rather slow
2) Yes, there are several hash cracking communities like Hashmob, Hashes.com and the Hashkiller forum that all accept user-requested hashlists to be cracked by the community. Do not post them in this (Hashcat) forum, though as it's against the rules
