The hash file was created in John the Ripper v1.9.0 (2019-05-14) and after converting to UTF-8 (without BOM) it became 8.2 MB in size. Starts with

In the list of formats supported by Hashcat I see the following:

1. RAR3-p (Uncompressed) — 23700 ($RAR3$*1*)
   
2. RAR3-p (Compressed) — 23800 ($RAR3$*1*)
   
3. RAR3-hp — 12500 ($RAR3$*0*)
   

(No simple `RAR3`.) But all three, in case of using the following basic command
